General Requirements

Applicants should demonstrate:

• A completed university degree in a relevant discipline
• A doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) is required
• Proven teaching experience at the university level
• Relevant professional experience in the respective field
• A strong publication record or evidence of scholarly research activities in the relevant discipline
• Excellent communication and pedagogical skills
• Experience in supervising and assessing student work
• Ability to deliver practic-oriented an engaging teachin

Innovative Business Models

Teaching Load: 2 Contact Hours per Week

Course Description

This course introduces students to the design, analysis, and innovation of business models in a rapidly changing global environment. Topics include value creation, business model design, the Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, digital transformation, sustainability and growth strategies. Through practical applications and case studies, students learn how to develop and evaluate innovative business models that support organizational competitiveness and long-term success.

Desired Qualifications

Ph.D. in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, or a related field
Teaching experience in business models, innovation, entrepreneurship or strategic management
Professional experience in business development, innovation, consulting, entrepreneurship, or strategy
Research and publications in innovation, entrepreneurship, business models, or related areas
Ability to combine theoretical frameworks with practical applications and contemporary business challenges.
