Career start at YouTube MCN and TikTok!

In his guest lecture, Media University alumnus Mamoun Taharraoui offered the students of Prof. Dr. Thomas Petzold from the Department of Management and Business Studies the opportunity to gain exciting and exclusive first-hand insights into starting a career in the context of two of today's most influential social media platforms.

Mamoun completed his M.A. International Marketing and Media Management at Campus Berlin in 2021 and started his career first at We Are Era, a YouTube Multi-Channel Network (MCN), and then at TikTok, where he currently works as Agency Manager for TikTok LIVE in the French market.
He also spoke about the challenges and opportunities he faced in his transition from academia to the digital media industry.
