The ticket machine of the future: What will it look like? Will traditional tickets even exist anymore?

The students, together with Prof. Dr. Christian Hoffmann, got to the bottom of this phenomenon.

In the course “Practical Business Psychology,” students got to the bottom of this phenomenon and developed innovative and creative concepts for the ticket of the future.

On June 24, 2020, the students of the Master’s program in Business Psychology presented the results of their four months of work in five teams. The presentations reflected above all a well-founded scientific work that demonstrated not only strong methodological knowledge but also a very good combination of theory and practice as well as extensive research on the topic. The innovative, practice-oriented suggestions and ideas for implementation are now being discussed further by the BVG in its specialist departments.

The BVG was particularly impressed by the extremely constructive and goal-oriented cooperation with both the seminar leader, Prof. Dr. Christian Hoffmann, and the students themselves.
According to Dr. Carsta Herpich (Strategy and Market Research Department), the student teams‘ work was characterized by a very high degree of goal orientation, initiative, and creativity in the work process and in the presentation of the results. Further collaborations are under discussion.
