Recently, Mauricio Camacho successfully completed his master's degree in M.A. Communication Design and Creative Strategies. Here he shares insights about his studies, current projects as well as his master's thesis, which was even awarded as one of the best theses from the department of Design at the last graduation ceremony.
For 35 Berlin graduates, a new phase in their lives officially began this Saturday: at the graduation ceremony in the Phorms Theater, they were honored and given a ceremonial farewell by the university administration and their lecturers.
As part of Prof. Jenny Bergström's Design Thinking course, our Master's students (M.A. Communication Design and Creative Strategies) developed ideas for so-called FlexPoint containers in cooperation with the creative agency C4 Berlin and the companies Schindler and Inno2grid.

In a series of five enrolment ceremonies for the winter semester 2022/23, the university management welcomed the prospective new students at the Berlin, Cologne and Frankfurt/Main campuses and gave an outlook on the new semester.
Back in presence: At the graduation ceremony in the Phorms Theater in Berlin, Bachelor's and Master's graduates were honored and bid farewell by their professors in a festive atmosphere.

At the three design shows in Berlin, Cologne and Frankfurt, students from the Department of Design once again showed their talents. The impressive exhibitions presented outstanding theses as well as projects from the fields of graphic design, illustration, photography, concept art and motion design, 3D animation and many other subjects.
Between isolation and post-pandemic mood, between back-to-normal and in view of the seeming never-ending Corona situation: how it feels to finally get back into an exchange with each other after more than two years of pandemic was the topic of the exhibition "IN-BETWEEN" of Media University Berlin's Design Department.
The Art Directors Club for Germany (ADC) recently published its annual university ranking, which lists the most successful design universities. Media University landed a place at the top of the ranking for Berlin.
